宇宙可以用天圆地方四字来形容，天球瓶就以其硕大浑圆的腹部曲线类似古人心目中的天体星球形象而得名。

此器瓶口较小，直颈，丰肩，腹硕大，假圈足，砂底微凹 ，内施白釉，无纹饰，外壁绘有十二只形态各异，憨态可掬的鹌鹑嬉戏于山石花草之间，画面和谐恬淡，宁静美好。喻祥和美好，月月平安，岁岁康健之意。

底足有红料彩双方栏“政合宫”三字篆书款。

Introduction:
In ancient China ,the universe could be described as the Square Heaven and the Rotundate Earth. The “Vault-of-heaven”vase is known for its a huge rounded’s abdominal curve, which is similar to the image of celestial star in the eyes of the ancients.

The vase is a container with a small mouth, a straight neck, a broad shoulder, a large belly, a fake foot, retuse bottom, white glazed interior without painting. The exterior of the porcelain is painted with twelve different shapes and charmingly naive quails playing in midst of rocks and flowers. The drawing presents a scene of tranquil harmony, therefore the vase symbolizes beauty, peace, secure and healthy living.

The three Chinese characters “Zheng He Gong” printed in red olden Chinese seal font could be found at the bottom of the vase.
